The Rental Station at Dale Hollow Cabin Policies and Information

Check-In Time - is at 4:00 P.M. Call us if you are arriving later than 6:00 P.M. so that we can arrange for payment, keys and directions to the cabin. Full balance is due at check-in.

Check-Out Time - is at 10:00 A.M. An additional charge will be applied for late check-outs. Additional days may be available. Please check with our office if you would like to extend your stay based on availability.

Keys - Please leave keys on the counter and lock the door when departing unless otherwise instructed at check-in. Keys will be collected upon inspection and cleaning.

Occupancy - The Rental Station at Dale Hollow reserves the right to refuse reservations from persons under the age of 25. Reservations will not be accepted from persons under the age of 21. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests listed for each cabin. We must approve additional guests. Children under 12 years of age will be an additional $5.00 a night. All others will be $10.00 per person.
No house parties allowed! Renters will be asked to leave and all rent forfeited.

Pets - We have a no pet policy at our cabins. Unfortunately many owners/guests have allergies etc. If a pet is found or if damage from an unauthorized pet is found, you will be asked to leave and it will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Non-Smoking - Our cabins are non-smoking. Most have decks or porches that can be used as smoking areas. Please do not discard cigarette butts into yard or surrounding area. Please us ashtrays or garbage. If butts must be cleaned up, guests deposit will be charged.

Guest Responsibilities - Guest will assume full responsibility for damage, excessive cleaning charges or missing items from cabin.

Garbage - will be picked up once a week. Should you need a pick-up sooner, call 931-261-8443. Covered trash receptacles are provided at each cabin. Garbage must be in bags and tied securely. A portion of security deposit will be retained if garbage is in loose bags or loose in the cans. Local service will not pick up unbagged trash. Please compact and bag cardboard boxes from water, pop or beer. These fill up the bags and cans quickly when not compacted. Please help us keep the cabins nice for the next guests.

Refunds - No refunds for late arrival, early departure, weather conditions, or uncontrollable maintenance issues.

Deposit - Deposits must be received within 7-10 days of reservation request. Security deposits are required on all cabins. Security deposits are not applied toward the rental balance. Security deposits are refunded 7-10 days from departure if there are no damages, excessive cleaning or missing items.

Cancellation - If cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to reservation date, deposits are refundable less a $50.00 processing and re-marketing fee. Deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of reservation date.

Littering - We ask that you do not litter. This means discarding cigarette butts, too. We love this area and want to keep it beautiful.

Consumables - Starter kits of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags are provided but guests will need to bring additional supplies for extended stays.

Linens - Bed Linens and bath towels are provided and most homes have washers and dryers. Laundry soap is not provided. You will also need to bring beach towels if desired.

Please treat our homes as your own and be respectful of any neighbors that might be in the area where you are staying.

At some cabins, owners will have additional guidelines and rules that they would like guests to follow. These will be posted on refrigerator.

This rental program is under the management of The Rental Station at Dale Hollow, who acts only as the agent for the owners. Under no circumstances will The Rental Station at Dale Hollow be responsible for any loss, expense, damages, claims and injury, direct or indirect consequential or otherwise. All properties are privately owned: Management will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. If legal action is needed, guest will be responsible for all legal fees.
